10x Higher Super Zoom Point and Shoot Digital Cameras
Want to get up close and personal to your subjects but don’t want to spend a ton? Then one of these 10x or higher optical zoom point and shoot digital cameras should do the trick without breaking the bank.
Best Value Super Zoom and Highest Zoom- At 20x wide angle optical zoom, the Canon PowerShot SX20IS is one of the highest point and shoot optical zoom cameras on the market. Surprisingly, at $369, the Canon is amazingly priced for a camera offering SLR like performace. The 12.1 megapixel resolution SX20IS offers a high powered 20x wide angle optical zoom with a built in image stabalizer for clear zoom shots. While the zoom capabilities alone are well worth the price, this camera also allows you to capture 720p HD movies with stereo sound. High ISO capabilities and built in DIGIC 4 Image Processor make the SX20IS an excellent low light camera as well. Conclusion, the Canon PowerShot SX20IS offers an amazing value for all it can do. While not the cheapest high zoom camera, spending a few extra dollars on a quality brand with amazing features is certainly worth it. View this camera at

Lowest Priced- Let’s face it, if you want high zoom, you usually have to spend a bit more compared to other desirable features. So finding a 10x optical zoom camera for under 200 bucks is quite surprising. The Canon PowerShot SX120IS does just that. For $200, you not only get the Canon name plate, you also get a very capable camera. The SX120IS is 10 megapixel 10x optical zoom with built in image stabalizer. The DIGIC 4 Image Processor allows for excellent low light shots as well. All in all, this is an excellent value and has many of the same features as the higher priced SX20IS at about half the cost.
